Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable and efficient shipping services for all orders within UAE. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected by any restrictions, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative solutions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

Damaged & Defective Orders

While we strive to ensure that every product meets our highest standards of quality, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item with any part broken or damaged , please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and an unboxing video (Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video of the first time the product is unboxed after delivery) We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include fixing, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed and paid, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene, Zome does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
